Stay at the Feet of Jesus

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. – Matthew 6:33

I’m sure you all have seen, heard, read, or even known yourself that there is something different about this year and the times we are living in. Satan is trying with all he’s got to deceive believers and cause confusion and division. Our enemy wants to cause disunity in the body and bring on spirits of offense, lies, and much more. BUT… GOD!

Much of the world is living in panic. We see many confused about what shots to take, to wear or not wear a mask, isolation and avoiding others, and much more. Many appear to be dying at frequent rates, shelves in stores seem spare, and evil seems to be taking over. This attempts to bring on fear and distrust in the Lord.

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns– and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?– Matthew 6:25-26

It can be scary in the flesh and in the world, but praise God we may live on this earth but we are not OF this world!!! God knows the end from the beginning and I have good news! Our Heavenly Father has not lost control of the battle at hand. Praise God we are just getting started!!!

As many other prophets have said, this year is going to begin the absolute best time for the church!! Hallelujah!! The 3rd Great Awakening is here. But you will need to stay at the feet of Jesus like never before. You will need to be on guard at all times, for the devil prowls around looking for whom he may devour. Stay armored up (Ephesians 6). You will need to stay close to the Father’s voice and listen to Him diligently.

Things may get weird for God says He is doing a new thing!!! Turn off the news and separate yourself from negative voices. Then, get in the Word, get in prayer and worship, and find yourself a Sprit-filled church & friends. We need to be obedient like never before, even if it doesn’t make sense right away.

This is not a time to be filled with fear because our God will never leave us nor forsake us. If you are saved, you have access to all heavenly things; it’s time to receive and stand on them. Although we are under the Lord’s covering, we do have a part to play. We are told to fight the good fight of faith, to seek first the Kingdom of God, and to love God with all we’ve got and others as ourselves.

We need to remain in the secret place. We should be praying in the spirit on all occasions and being persistent with our prayers for believers everywhere. Stay armored up, keep our Father first, stay flexible with the new, and watch how God is moving like never before!!! The waves of Glory that are beginning will be so great, that they will not be contained in history books!!

Hannah Smith, author of the Moving Mountains blog, is a woman who feels she has experienced a lot of life in her 30 years.

At 19 years old, Hannah joined the Army. After moving around the country, getting a divorce and losing what seemed like everything, she landed back where God wanted her in Ohio, even though she fought the whole way. She is now in charge of the prayer team at her church and seeks the Lord with all she’s got.

Hannah is married and a RN, but works as a stay-at-home mom to her daughter, Isabella, and her son, Grayson.

She loves to hike, travel, drink coffee, and talk about Jesus. Hannah also has a heart to create a home and life in which she can be a safe place for the hurting and the broken.

To her readers, Hannah says, “I believe that God set every single one of you reading this apart, for such a time as this. It is my hope and prayer that God would use the words I say to change your life in a way you and I never thought possible!”
