Falling in Love With Jesus

Surround yourself with others who love Jesus

Hebrews encourages his readers not to give up meeting together. (Hebrews 10:24-25.) A healthy Christian community is encouraged and a life-giving discipline.

Commit to constant Bible reading

Memorize passages. (Read Philippians 2:1-11).

Remember His presence.

The very God of the universe is with us in the best and worst times, and we often don’t even realize it.

Find a quiet time

We are instructed to “Be still and know that I am God.”

Be thankful

When we practice thankfulness, our eyes are suddenly open to the goodness in our lives.

Share your testimony

Our faith journey is very powerful, and when we share our personal Jesus story with others it can have a profound effect on them.

The recipe of the week is “Chicken and Dumplings”.

Chicken and Dumplings

4 chicken breast

5 chicken bouillon cubes

4 cups water

Box of Bisquick

⅔ cups milk

Cook chicken until done. Take out, let cool, and shred .

I make dumplings out of bisquick. Follow directions on the box.

Mix 2 cups bisquick mix and 2/3 milk. Stir ingredients until dough forms.

Drop by spoonfuls into building broth. (Make sure it’s boiling. If not, the dough will become gummy.)

Cook uncovered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Then cover and cook for 10 additional minutes.

From my blog to your kitchen, God bless and happy dishes.

Stay tuned for more homemade recipes and blessings from my table to yours.
